True SKool music is for the free spirited, passionate and confident person.

We are an independent imprint dedicated to dropping original and remix jams for over a decade with that Florida Funk style made popular in the 90's by our friends and inspiration Icee, M.A.C., Tony Faline, Funk Lab, Dave London and Fixx to name a few. Our Trademark is a symbol for underground flavor -ask for it at your local record shop and/ or distributor. 

 

We aim to keep the spirit of the rave scene, Florida funk Alive.

T.S.M. has ridden the rave wave for years. We have backed our beloved culture since it crested in the early 90's with its Dusk-till-dawn free-for-alls, and later when it hit troughs and legal skirmishes.

 

We see a future in E.D.M. (Electronic Dance Music). We understand the energy, ideas and percussion behind it. Techno, house, DNB, Break music (call it what u want), Its all dance music too us - With so many sub genres and variations that it sparks unlimited musical concepts. The Equipment we use is not limited to any number of cords or range. so we are always reinventing ourselves and our culture 

-right now as u read this their are 100's of new styles evolving.

 

Regardless of its mainstream appeal and bad media attention 

we remain electronics's Emcees.

Spreading the vibe and keeping the spirit fresh is the True Skool objective.

 

The idea is to become "a recognized name in the history of Florida Funk."

and to disseminate the message that if done smartly,

raves are a cathartic and beautiful thing.  To us they are "therapeutic, unified gatherings that can continuously help an individual learn more about their strengths and weaknesses."

This is who we are -We Live, breathe, eat beats to make not only our own lives worth living but to help others in any small way possible.
